Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PDF Scan Master handles information. The App Store publisher is HALIM ALAN; the Google Play publisher is Tamgan Dijital Yazılım. “We” means the publisher responsible for the version you downloaded.
Documents and photos
Scans, selected photos, generated PDFs, document names, categories, notes, signatures and OCR results are processed on your device and stored in the app’s private local storage. We do not upload this content to our servers. It leaves your device only when you explicitly share or export it.
Camera and photo access
Camera access is used to scan documents. Photo access is used only for items you select. These permissions can be changed in device settings.
Advertising and consent
The free version uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s consent platform to display and measure banner and interstitial ads. Depending on your region, consent choices and device settings, Google may process IP address or coarse location, device and advertising identifiers, ad data, product interaction, crash, performance and diagnostic data. On Apple devices, the app requests App Tracking Transparency permission before using the advertising identifier. Refusing tracking does not prevent use of the free version. Premium users are not shown ads and the app does not request ads while a verified Premium entitlement is active.
Purchases and Premium verification
Apple or Google processes subscription payments. We do not receive your payment-card details. To verify and restore Premium access, the app may send a store product identifier, purchase token or signed transaction, anonymous Firebase user identifier, app version, platform, device model and a one-way device hash to Firebase services operated by Google. Entitlement records are used to provide Premium access, prevent abuse, restore purchases and support a limited number of devices.
Notifications and service operation
If notifications are enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging may process an app-instance or push token to deliver service messages. Firebase App Check, Cloud Functions and related diagnostics may process technical information required to protect and operate the service. The app does not require a named account; an anonymous identifier may be created for purchase verification and runtime configuration.
Storage, retention and deletion
- Local documents remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app.
- Consent and preference data remains on the device until reset or deletion.
- Premium entitlement records are retained while needed to provide, restore, secure and account for the subscription, and afterwards only as required for fraud prevention, legal obligations or dispute handling.
- You may request deletion of server-side identifiers by contacting us. Store purchase records are controlled by Apple or Google and are subject to their retention rules.
Security and third parties
We use reasonable technical measures and limit server processing to service operation. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Third-party services are governed by their own policies, including Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Children, changes and contact
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. Questions and deletion requests can be sent to thequak3s@gmail.com.

Kamera belge taramak, fotoğraf erişimi ise yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz öğeleri kullanmak için istenir. İzinleri cihaz ayarlarından değiştirebilirsiniz.
Reklamlar ve izin tercihi
Ücretsiz sürüm banner ve geçiş reklamlarını göstermek ve ölçmek için Google Mobile Ads ile Google’ın izin platformunu kullanır. Bölgenize, izin seçiminize ve cihaz ayarlarınıza göre Google; IP adresi veya yaklaşık konum, cihaz ve reklam tanımlayıcıları, reklam verileri, ürün etkileşimi, çökme, performans ve tanılama verilerini işleyebilir. Apple cihazlarında reklam tanımlayıcısı kullanılmadan önce Uygulama Takibi Şeffaflığı izni istenir. Takibi reddetmeniz ücretsiz sürümü kullanmanızı engellemez. Doğrulanmış Premium erişimi açıkken reklam gösterilmez ve reklam isteği gönderilmez.
Satın almalar ve Premium doğrulaması
Abonelik ödemelerini Apple veya Google işler; ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi almayız. Premium erişimini doğrulamak ve geri yüklemek amacıyla mağaza ürün kimliği, satın alma belirteci veya imzalı işlem, anonim Firebase kullanıcı kimliği, uygulama sürümü, platform, cihaz modeli ve tek yönlü cihaz özeti Google tarafından işletilen Firebase servislerine gönderilebilir. Yetki kayıtları Premium erişimi sağlamak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek, satın alımları geri yüklemek ve sınırlı cihaz kullanımını yönetmek için kullanılır.
Bildirimler ve hizmetin çalışması
Bildirimleri açarsanız Firebase Cloud Messaging hizmet mesajları göndermek için uygulama örneği veya bildirim belirteci işleyebilir. Firebase App Check, Cloud Functions ve ilgili tanılama servisleri hizmeti korumak ve çalıştırmak için gereken teknik bilgileri işleyebilir. İsimli bir hesap zorunlu değildir; satın alma doğrulaması ve çalışma zamanı ayarları için anonim bir kimlik oluşturulabilir.
Saklama ve silme
- Yerel belgeler siz silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalır.
- İzin ve tercih bilgileri sıfırlanana ya da silinene kadar cihazda kalır.
- Premium yetki kayıtları aboneliği sağlamak, geri yüklemek ve güvence altına almak için gerektiği sürece; sonrasında yalnızca dolandırıcılığı önleme, yasal yükümlülük veya uyuşmazlık çözümü için gerekli olduğu ölçüde saklanır.
- Sunucu tanımlayıcılarının silinmesini e-posta yoluyla isteyebilirsiniz. Mağaza satın alma kayıtları Apple veya Google tarafından yönetilir.
Güvenlik, çocuklar ve iletişim
