Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of PDF Scan Master. The App Store publisher is HALIM ALAN; the Google Play publisher is Tamgan Dijital Yazılım.
License and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to applicable store rules. You may not misuse the app, bypass limits, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited, or use it to violate law or third-party rights.
Your documents
You remain responsible for documents you scan, import, sign, convert, store or share. Keep backups of important files and verify generated documents before relying on them. The app is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, financial or archival advice.
Free service and Premium
The free version may include advertising and a limit of five PDF creations per day. A verified Premium subscription removes in-app advertising and the daily PDF-creation limit while active.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account before renewal.
- The localized price, taxes, billing period and any trial or introductory offer are shown by the store before confirmation. Store information controls if it differs from text in the app.
- Payment is charged to your store account. You can manage or cancel through the applicable store’s subscription settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing a supported device.
Availability and liability
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or missed business opportunities where such limitations are permitted. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
Apple devices
For App Store downloads, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Mandatory store terms control in case of conflict.

Lisans ve uygun kullanım
Uygulamayı sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda, ilgili mağaza kurallarına uygun şekilde kullanmanız için kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı kötüye kullanamaz, sınırları aşmaya çalışamaz, hizmet güvenliğine müdahale edemez veya hukuka ya da üçüncü taraf haklarına aykırı amaçlarla kullanamazsınız.
Belgeleriniz
Taradığınız, içe aktardığınız, imzaladığınız, dönüştürdüğünüz, sakladığınız veya paylaştığınız belgelerden siz sorumlusunuz. Önemli dosyaların yedeğini alın ve oluşturulan belgeleri kullanmadan önce kontrol edin. Uygulama hukuki, mali veya arşivleme danışmanlığı sunmaz.
Ücretsiz kullanım ve Premium
Ücretsiz sürüm reklam içerebilir ve günde beş PDF oluşturma sınırına sahip olabilir. Doğrulanmış Premium abonelik aktif olduğu sürece uygulama içi reklamları ve günlük PDF oluşturma sınırını kaldırır.
Otomatik yenilenen abonelikler
- Aylık ve yıllık planlar yenilemeden önce App Store veya Google Play hesabınızdan iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir.
- Yerel fiyat, vergi, dönem ve varsa deneme/tanıtım teklifi onaydan önce mağaza tarafından gösterilir; farklılık halinde mağaza bilgisi geçerlidir.
- Ödeme mağaza hesabınızdan alınır. Aboneliği ilgili mağazanın abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
- Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Yeniden kurulum veya cihaz değişiminde “Satın Alımları Geri Yükle” seçeneğini kullanın.
Apple cihazları
Apple App Store’dan indirilen sürümlerde Apple’ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.
Hizmet ve iletişim
Uygulama yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde “mevcut olduğu şekliyle” sunulur. Zorunlu tüketici haklarınız saklıdır. Sorularınız için thequak3s@gmail.com adresine ulaşabilirsiniz.
